Good day. Apologies for only sending my review today. My son purchased a pair of Nike Air Force from the Promenade Mitchell's Plain store on Monday 4 November and then discovered the following day that the one shoe is bigger than the other although both display the same size. My mother then went to the store last Thursday to do an exchange but to her surprise and mine, the service was disgusting, after spending R1500. When she entered the store nobody offered assistance so she asked to see the manager. A shop assistant said she'll take to the shoes to the manager but he wasnt available so the store supervisor assisted my mom. He assessed the problem and could clearly see the difference in size but refused to do an exchange. He said the exchange will interfere with his stock take and said that the customer isn't always right. My mom tried explaining that the shoes cannot be worn due to the difference in size but he refused to hear her out. The shop assistant on duty also noticed the problem but she couldn't to the exchange cause the supervisor wouldn't authorise the exchange. We then contacted the head office and received the go ahead to return to the store for the exchange. My son and his dad went back on Sat, spoke to the supervisor again, explained that the head office authorised the exchange but once again Ayabulela( the supervisor) wouldn't do the exchange. My son gave him the name of the person at head office and her number and thought he would contact her but he wasn't interested. I even called Ayabulela myself to explain the situation but his attitude towards me as the customer was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a Luncher Set - Code 995389 yesterday, which I haven't even paid for yet, took the set home yesterday and my son decided to put the bottle in the freezer and this morning when he removed the bottle from the freezer, a few minutes later, the bottle cracked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a Tupperware bottle for over a year and my bottle has never cracked when I placed it in the freezer. I was not informed by the agent that the bottle should not be used in the freezer.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I asked for is for some assistance because I only received the bottle yesterday and now I have to pay R159 for a set of lunch boxes excluding a bottle that we didn't even use.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope that someone will be able to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
I bought 2 of the products from P/Pay last week and when I wanted to use the items on Saturday I saw that the items were expired. I contacted the customer call center number on Saturday and they confirmed that someone would contact me either on Monday or Tuesday. Three people contacted me within 2 days and Laura came out today to my work and brought me 3 replacements. Great service because I love your products :)
I've been 3 days to the Heerengracht branch for assistance with the regards to my home loan but there were no Financial Advisers at the branch. When I went Monday 30/11 I was informed that the Financial Adviser wasn't in on Mondays but that he would be available for the rest of the week. I then went back on Wednesday 2/12 only to be told that he wasn't available again. Third day back to the branch on 3/12 only to be informed once again that the Financial Adviser was available the entire week but is at the Christmas party today and there isn't anyone else to assist. <br> <br> Please tell me how there can be no Financial Advisers or Managers to assist a client in one of the biggest branch's in Cape Town.
