Probably another nasty result we see from the "legal" impoverished BBBEE scandal that destroyed a once first world country and many a company that produced wealth to its citizens. Paarl News proclaim that Tupperware will still be sold from the Western Cape, South Africa. I couldn't find any of their contact details as yet.

Now it seems like I forfeit my order because of the system and the distributor can't seem to find a tangible solution. There goes R700

I ordered quite a huge lot of tupperware from this lady: Elma Tupperware Wonderboom Suid 19de Laan 959B +27 76 147 8096 Unfortunately I received very bad service from her. I did not receive the completed items which I have ordered and she kept on making promises. She was supposed to deliver the uncompleted order on Wednesday 11 Dec 2024 to me and now she is not answering me back. I have ordered two sets of the serving sets. When she delivered my full order, I reported to her that one set is missing. She then told me that she will contact Tupperware to request another set. She then contacted me and told me that she has the set. We drove to her but the set were incomplete and I told her husband that it is incomplete. While he was standing at the gate, I called her. That was the 2nd of December 2024. Now she is ignoring me. To loose R229.00 out of someones neglectance is a lot of money. Please investigate or give me an immediate refund.

I've reported a scenario, to Tupperware Paarl. In which one of their staff members knowingly bridged the Popi Act. After reporting it, I've spoke to a "Frontline Manager" Megan. Two weeks had passed and does it seems that they are quite frankly hiding something. After several attempts to speak to their HR, they still denied contact and refuse to talk and/or solve the matter. This morning, after again following up, they started shutting the phone in my ear -very professional. The utterly rude Megan, as a manager as per her capacity, then spinned a story that I've been rude, whilst only requesting her response on email, so that we can address this matter civilized, to prevent bridging the Popi Act like they did. Eventually I got through to their "HR" which I fully doubt he is. As this person's phone etiquette were less then the Frontline Manager, Megan. Furthermore, did he promptly said he will not be responding. If any of this Tupperware Paarl's real management could respond to my email and/or respond to this review, it would already be a step for the better. They must also maybe think about replacing their Frontline staff with someone competent to deal with customer complaints. As both Megan and/Craig (I'm not sure what the guys name were) does seem *********** to deal with these instances and does not have the ability to deal with customer complaints with a pinch of phone etiquette.

I'm a distributor for Tupperware and its been m9nths they are failing is now, they run a special and when you order they tell you that its on shortage you wait for Tuesday come Tuesday still nothing, why are they running soecial while they know that they cannot provide, I feel like I'm failing my customers I'm even scared to advertise. They don't rwfund they want you to take another thing instead of which is wrong you meed to have achoice 8f yoi want to take other things or you want a refund. They should pull up their socks or just close it if they are failing to run it.
