I have trouble using WhatsApp fluently as I have to, at least twice a week, uninstall and reinstall the program. Is the problem with latest update or with Win10? This is not meant to slander WhatsApp but just to bring it to their attention.
Probably another nasty result we see from the "legal" impoverished BBBEE scandal that destroyed a once first world country and many a company that produced wealth to its citizens. Paarl News proclaim that Tupperware will still be sold from the Western Cape, South Africa. I couldn't find any of their contact details as yet.
Despite the fact that I always opt to see the silver edge of the dark cloud, this undesirable situation has to be elevated. We are frequent visitors of the park and witness the deterioration. The gravel roads which use to be perfect for any sedan, are hardly accessible with an LDV. Tar roads deteriorate and no sign of maintenance can be observed. View points that were demolished or burnt down, still need to be rebuild. After almost two decades of regular visits, the game numbers reduced drastically. No Buffalo were seen for more than two years. The access road to Bkubung game lodge is on the verge of closing it down due to inaccessibility caused by potholes. The majority of visitors to this lodge appear to be foreigners. It is really a shame that the park doesn't do anything to rectify or rebuilt this road, even if it may not be their responsibility. This beautiful park and invaluable heritage must be protected at all cost. If the bureaucracy in power is incapable of managing our heritage, we, the public, must strongly act. And, I must add, this action should NOT be by way of donations. Since there is no other platform (to my knowledge), this platform should be used. This is a strong outcry to the public to act and preserve our heritage. Langenhoven said, "The pen is mightier than the sword".
The low rating is due to the inaccessibility of Vodacom's "log a query" service. This is suppose to be part of their app so as to make it easy to log a complain. The complain I would have liked to log is that my data strength at home dropped significantly over the last week. After spending a lot of good money to install a Wi-Fi system, I must now move the rooter every now and then searching for signal. Perhaps I should consider moving to the opposition.
Since I lost my job, I wanted to enquire about canceling my contract or reducing it to a pay-as-you-go option. I found a spot on their website that you to enter the query and post it with the promise that someone would call back. The spot is actually called "Please call me back". I thought that this is great since I do not want to increase account. Then I received an SMS saying that someone would call me back in 24 hours. Nobody called and I logged another request on their website. Still nobody called back. It appears that one (the public) is really just a number to them. I copied their SMS as follows:- Thank you for scheduling a callback. You will receive a call from our call centre within 24 hours. Reply Out to opt out of your request. Then I respond to the SMS with "No respons as yet?" upon which they replied - We are unable to verify the reason for your SMS. Please call 082111 free from your Vodacom cell phone for assistance. We apologise for the inconvenience.

On the 26 of September 2016 I bought a 100Mb data bundle only to find out it has "expired" by the end of the month. On the first of October 2016 I bought another 100Mb data bundle and found this morning (3 October 2016) that it also "expired". This is meant for private use and I was not even surfing. Is this the treatment a loyal Vodacom client deserves?
