Was on the phone for nearly 10 minutes and was not helped accurately as to my issue. Got transferred and was wrong department. Then got transferred again and waited and they cut the line. *********** credit card charges.
I am so fed up with ordering from here, always missing items or nuggets dried out and never give me the sauce I ask for. Done ordering from them

Worse ever place to oder, 3rd time and still cannot follow instructions. Never added salt and vinegar, calamari always underdone...roll stale..chips dry....snoek not what I asked for, even called to ensure my order is correct, that was a waste of airtime. What a waste of money even after speaking to the manager. Will never order again, don't advise anyone to either.
I have place an order on the 27thay, had a missing item, driver said he will inform them at the store. I contacted customer service twice, first person advised they will send the missing item. Still waiting......2 call I will get a call back no call back only an email. I waste money on calls, no feedback....WHEN AM I GETTING MY MISSING ITEM...PATHETIC COMMUNICATION
I have bought 4 of the disposable vuse go, not even 100 puffs. Package says up to 500 puffs. False advertising and a complete waste of money.

Good Day, I am querying the fact that i am being charged for a handset from Amobia. I am being charged R165 for something that i am not making use of. I was told on handover that it needs to be given to all occupants and need to sign for it. I queried this with Amari, response is Owners are paying for the availability of the infrastructure (irrespective of making use of it or not) and as per the below clause in yellow, it is mandatory and therefore cannot be removed from a levy statement. How do you pay for something when you not told prior of this, if i had known i would not have signed for something that is just sitting in its box collecting dust. This is daylight robbery to be charged for something you do not use.
