<p>I booked a flight through Kulula and wanted to cancel it due to personal reasons. I phoned the consultant to discuss my options. Consulted said I cannot transfer the ticket into someone's name and I could either cancel or use the ticket at a later stage. I wanted to know the cost to cancel which he advised will be about R175+. When I received my refund 8 weeks later lost most of the money I paid for the ticket. I would not have cancelled the ticket if I knew this. This is terrible service/ unethical behaviour / thieves ripping people off </p>
<p>I made a booking at the Faircity Quatermain Hotel in Morningside Sandton on Tuesday the 20th Dec through Amoma.com. Booking reference ********** 7. It was a reservation for one night which includes breakfast. On arrival with my voucher , the booking could not be found but they still checked us in. The next morning the cleaning staff came to the room and just opened the door without wIthout waiting for someone to open. This is unprofessional. Secondly arriving at the breakfast we were advised that breakfast is not included. Very embarassing infront of guests. I went to the reception area querying the matter. They could not find paperwork even after I should them my confirmation which stated I paid for a room including breakfast. I asked to see the manager. He advised the reception he is busy and cannot see me. There was no effort from the management and hotel staff to investigate the matter. Also feel what I paid for is not what I received </p>
