If I could give -5 stars I would. I will be opening an animal cruelty case against this parlour. In December I took my dog there, my request was for a summer cut, and an unusual part of my request was for them to cut my Yorkie's facial hair as well. She asked me if I am sure and I want my yorkie to come out looking like a jack russel and I rep**** "yes, short facial hair". I always cut both our yorkies this way. 2 days after the visit, she started developing a fever and showed burn marks on her body and on top of her head. I took her to the vet, and the vet confirmed that its burn wounds from clippers usually shows 2-3 days after they were groomed. I informed the owner, and asked her to refund the vet bill and the grooming cost. She claims my dog has a skin condition even after sending her the vet report confirming that its burn wounds. She requested for blood tests to confirm that its not a skin condition. The vet told me its not necessary as the dog was clearly burnt. I would highly recommend that no one support this business. <p>My husband joined The Unlimited on the Elite Rescue policy.</p> <p>He got an sms saying that his December payment will be taken on the 9th of December, but knowing that he will not have money, he sent the unlimited an email with a signed mandate that I can handle the account on his behalf (he is not in a position where he can make phone calls) I then phoned to change the debit date to the normal monthly date. My husband then sent an email again to confirm, as he was scared that the debit order will go off on the 9th.</p> <p> </p> <p>Come the 9th of December, The Unlimted debited the payment and we did not have the money for this to be done</p> <p> </p> <p>A week after that my husband needed emergency service and i phone the ambulance service. I was refused help as they said our policy was canceled.</p> <p> </p> <p>The day after I phoned to find out whats going on, the lady in the call centre confirmed receipt of the call AND my husbands emails. but said they tried to call him and his phone was on voicemail. They had my number as well, but I never received any calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>To me this just seems like a money making scheme and if The Unlimted can cancel my policy after we made arrangements for the debit order I would like a FULL refund to DATE on every sent spent on the scheme.</p>
