I had an appointment for 8 am on March 18th, but they did not show up. I tried to phone them, but they did not answer. I sent a WhatsApp message, but they did not reply. They are unreliable, and I will not recommend them at all.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I will be opening an animal cruelty case against this parlour. In December I took my dog there, my request was for a summer cut, and an unusual part of my request was for them to cut my Yorkie's facial hair as well. She asked me if I am sure and I want my yorkie to come out looking like a jack russel and I rep**** "yes, short facial hair". I always cut both our yorkies this way. 2 days after the visit, she started developing a fever and showed burn marks on her body and on top of her head. I took her to the vet, and the vet confirmed that its burn wounds from clippers usually shows 2-3 days after they were groomed. I informed the owner, and asked her to refund the vet bill and the grooming cost. She claims my dog has a skin condition even after sending her the vet report confirming that its burn wounds. She requested for blood tests to confirm that its not a skin condition. The vet told me its not necessary as the dog was clearly burnt. I would highly recommend that no one support this business. I am gathering info of related cases, and will nbe taking this to spca

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! NOT CAPABLE OF LOOKING AFTER ANIMALS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH ANY ANIMALS BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR WELLBEING. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I took my dogs to this doggy parlor to be trimmed. When I picked them up, one of my dogs were burnt so badly with the razor blades all over her body. I was then told by the lady that shaved her that my dog scratched herself like that. They did not even finish cutting her and I had to pay full price. For 3 weeks thereafter I had to go through hell because of their negligence. Not even an apology from the lady who shaved her nor any compensation from them to cover all my costs because of their negligence. I was also told that this is not the first time something like this has happened. This place should be closed down because they should not be working with any animals.
