<p>I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received on 1Jan 2017. I purchased tickets online weeks prior to avoid disappointment yet I've been extremely disappointed & irritated. Queued for 30mins, just to be sent to "Guest services". My tickets scanned invalid was advised to contact Webtickets. After 28mins used of MY mins to sort an issue between Ratanga/Webtickets, the lady offered to call them back & eventually sorted 3hours later. However, our entire day was ruined, kids were restless & hungry & adults irritated. By closing time, we've only been on 3 rides, delayed by Invalid tickets & queued for Most of what had to be...A Fun Family day! </p> <p> </p> <p>Had I been alone, i'd leave because I don't get time off from work, but I purchased 8 tickets. Therefore I feel that this should be handle by mature adults Instead of the youngsters currently running the Theme Park.</p> <p>Unprofessional.</p>
