Good Day I have now send how many email's and filled in contact back forms on your website and never received a response is this how your customer support is non existent?!!! Bridgeways had a specials for 20 group for 89.50 on the add its states pre - booking only 24 Nov-15Dec. We made a pre-booking on Tuesday the 05 December for the saturday 09 December. We received emailed back stating 7day in advance pre booking should be made. NO where on the ADD DOES IT STATE 7 DAY PRE-BOOKINGS ONLY. We have emergency services family members who are shift workers and was only available for this weekend hence the reason we wanted to go. I called your call centre and the consultant could not show me or advise me where on the add does it say 07 day pre bookings . Was the add just a lie, you have basically ruined a fun filled weekend we had plan. Kindly advise how you will be able to accommodate us especially because we wanted to make the booking pay on the day but was advised 7 day pre-booking and this does not state on the actual add.If the add stated we needed to make the booking in advance 7days we would have clearly adhered to the add.

<p>So while on holiday in Cape Town we decided that we wanted to visit Ratanga Junction. We Googled their site and checked everything that we might need to know. On the site it says open Monday To Sunday from 10. So we planned everything so that we can go there on the Friday of our holiday. </p> <p>So we got there and the guy at the parking tells us that the parking is only open on Saturdays and we have to park inside Canal Walk. So we drive across the road and walk to what we think is the entrance. As there is no signs for entrance ANYWHERE. We notice that it isn't the entrance so we walk the other direction hoping to find it. We get to the entrance, read a sign that says open Monday to Sunday and also every single booth is closed. So we walk to a guy that looks as though he works there and get told that they are ONLY open on Saturdays. We argue that their sign says differently and he just laughs and shrugs. So we ask for management and get told that they aren't there (very convenient).</p> <p> </p> <p>They falsely advertise their open times and the people working there is incompetent and refuse to help anyone. </p>

<p>Hi I have not received any feed back of my money that was deducted from my account an not paid back yet ...I use my debit card to pay for 3 the card was declined but the money was deducted I contact Jody and I was told I need to check with my bank (standard bank) tried to see where the problem was and sent me back to ratanga I contacted them plenty of times kept speaking to different staff members.. Its almost a year an still running up an down for my momy </p>

<p>I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received on 1Jan 2017. I purchased tickets online weeks prior to avoid disappointment yet I've been extremely disappointed & irritated. Queued for 30mins, just to be sent to "Guest services". My tickets scanned invalid was advised to contact Webtickets. After 28mins used of MY mins to sort an issue between Ratanga/Webtickets, the lady offered to call them back & eventually sorted 3hours later. However, our entire day was ruined, kids were restless & hungry & adults irritated. By closing time, we've only been on 3 rides, delayed by Invalid tickets & queued for Most of what had to be...A Fun Family day! </p> <p> </p> <p>Had I been alone, i'd leave because I don't get time off from work, but I purchased 8 tickets. Therefore I feel that this should be handle by mature adults Instead of the youngsters currently running the Theme Park.</p> <p>Unprofessional.</p>

<p>Ratanga in relationship with Webtickets advertised specials on the lower price tickets over a long period but allocated bulk per purchasing customer which means an individual cannot even get to buy 1 or 2 special tickets price especiallly when joining a bigger group. The food prices are disgusting especially in this economic times. I mean over R15 for a can of cooldrink and almost R50 for a burger. Cmon Really!</p> <p>Queues - if queue gets to certain amount tell people to come back again so they may enjoy other rides instead of standing like idiots waiting and especially for the children. But the staff are netertaining themselves instead of entertaining the people.</p>
