I've ordered and paid for a product online via Mr Automotive South Africa website and till this day I've never received the item I've been in contact with them several times and every single time I get told another excuse as to why my order is taking so long to be delivered to me and when I've asked them to refund me they said it's fine but they never refunded my money back to me and I've paid over R700 for this order please avoid making purchases from this company because you'll never receive your orders

Should anyone come across this **** company website immediately leave and report it to the relevant authorities as soon as possible I've already reported them and now have to go to my bank to have the payment made to this common ****mers reversed back to me and have it marked as ***** I've never received the product ordered from their website and every single time it is another upon another pathetic excuse and they promised to refund me but that has not happened and doubt it will ever happen they just ****** money from the wrong person karma will get them hard.
AND YET NETSTAR STILL CALLING MY FATHER ALL THE TIME ASKING HIM TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT WHEN HE HAS DONE SO LONG AGO ALREADY AND FORWARDED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES MORE THAN ONCE BUT STILL YOU ASK FOR PAYMENT TO BE MADE MY FATHER WILL NOT PAY YOU ANOTHER CENT MORE AND STOP CALLING HIM ASKING FOR WHEN PAYMENT WILL BE DONE GET SOMEONE INTELLIGENT TO RESPOND TO EMAILS USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!

Still waiting for credit amount of R2,499.00 that's currently in my takealot account to be refunded back to my bank account after requesting this several times via within the app and email requests still no response or assistance provided as to when this will be completed totally pathetic and unacceptable having to struggle in getting something so simple as a refund done hurry up already!!!
