Arrived. Ordered calamari, was told they don't have calamari. Ordered mains, we're told they don't have white sauce. Something that is a big part of any pasta dish. We were one of two tables. And it took almost an hour to make our food
I have had fantastic service at some of the KFC branches and the food is great. However, the Irene branch will NEVER see me again. We firstly had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the drive through window to take our order. We then placed our order and Bridgette went 'eh... Let me see if we have chicken pieces', when then placed the second part of our order to only receive the same answer. When our order was finally placed and paid for we moved onto the pick up. We received our food and drove off thinking that we will be enjoying a delicious meal. Only to be met with reheated chips. How can a takeaway restaurant that is based on chicken, run out of chicken? Perhaps this branch needs to have a look at not just their serving staff but the people at manager level. You can't have your stores run out of chicken nor can you expect to serve people old and reheated chips. This is the worst service as well as worst meal that I've had from KFC.
My business closed on the 31st of January of 2017. I emailed the SABC (numerous times now) and informed them that the business has been closed and the TV set has been given away as I have no need for it. Yet I still receive calls and emails demanding payment. This is getting ridiculous! Can you please just leave me be as 1) business does not exist anymore 2) I do not have the TV anymore nor do I have the details of the person who now own the TV.

So while on holiday in Cape Town we decided that we wanted to visit Ratanga Junction. We Googled their site and checked everything that we might need to know. On the site it says open Monday To Sunday from 10. So we planned everything so that we can go there on the Friday of our holiday.

So we got there and the guy at the parking tells us that the parking is only open on Saturdays and we have to park inside Canal Walk. So we drive across the road and walk to what we think is the entrance. As there is no signs for entrance ANYWHERE. We notice that it isn't the entrance so we walk the other direction hoping to find it. We get to the entrance, read a sign that says open Monday to Sunday and also every single booth is closed. So we walk to a guy that looks as though he works there and get told that they are ONLY open on Saturdays. We argue that their sign says differently and he just laughs and shrugs. So we ask for management and get told that they aren't there (very convenient).

They falsely advertise their open times and the people working there is incompetent and refuse to help anyone.

We booked online and went to get our tickets at the V&A office. They were quick and friendly and explained everything that we might need to know. As we left the building the bus was leaving but the driver saw us in her rear view mirror and allowed us on. She was happy and friendly and made us feel welcome. The journey around the city went smoothly and we learnt a lot of things. The buses are always on time and clean and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

We saw the Jolly Roger the one night and decided that it looked fun and decided to take part in it. So we booked online for the Sunset cruise. We arrived at 18:30 but no one was there. Walked around a bit and returned at 18:45 yet still there was no one there. We stood there until about 19:15 when we were finally approached by the "Skipper" and told that the trip had been cancelled. We asked why and was told that he was too drunk to go out and took us to the office to talk to the lady there. Who informed us that she only saw our booking then and that the Jolly Roger won't be sailing because the "Skipper" said the wind was too rough. Offered that we go on the Catemerang which we went on in the end which was enjoyable but we wanted a different and unique experience.

I have been approached by 2 people that work at this gym and offered money for my client list! Even though I have told them not once, not twice but THREE times that I refuse to give my clients information up they keep coming back the next month and ask the same thing. They just wish to make money and they don't care how they get this right. It would be best to ignore these people as much as possible!
