We saw the Jolly Roger the one night and decided that it looked fun and decided to take part in it. So we booked online for the Sunset cruise. We arrived at 18:30 but no one was there. Walked around a bit and returned at 18:45 yet still there was no one there. We stood there until about 19:15 when we were finally approached by the "Skipper" and told that the trip had been cancelled. We asked why and was told that he was too drunk to go out and took us to the office to talk to the lady there. Who informed us that she only saw our booking then and that the Jolly Roger won't be sailing because the "Skipper" said the wind was too rough. Offered that we go on the Catemerang which we went on in the end which was enjoyable but we wanted a different and unique experience.

This is a pleasure cruise which should have been under sail. The wind was very much sufficient to enable sailing. The crew was simply too lazy or incompetent to raise the sails. The person selling the tickets assured me that the was enough wind.

I did NOT want a motor boat trip along the coast, I expected sails.

This is false advertising. The cash bar that should have been available was not.

A complete waste of money.

[URL Removed]

See how the Tigresse is advertised.
