It would seem ABSA had a data breach. My account is closed yet ABSA has sent no appology letter or warned me that they chose to leak my info. I have tried to contact absa yet no reply. I guess the policy is just to hide failings.
I received sms that I owe Telkom money, I have not even had a telkom account for more than 20 years so how can I be owing telkom money?
Since wednesday 28th June I have been trying to get the vuma ONT switched on. I am told now the line is broken and will only be fixed next week. Afrihost ticket ISP1234205 It is possibly Afrihost that dropped the ball and messed up so now I will need a new service.

A common cause of incompetence is laziness, which can lead to mistakes, lateness and other problems. *********** people usually neglect to double-check their work, work ends up being done with errors which could lead to making a company look unprofessional or can cause a department to make unnecessary mistakes.
I have recently rejoined Discovery and it is a breath of fresh air after the total incompetance of Bonitas. I even got a welcome phone call to help me navigate the website.
This is the continuation of the story. I am now waiting for a refund of February premium or the correction of the termination date. I realise that it is pointless to write here since I will get a stock answer that it will be sorted out. O(bviously this will be a **** answer. Nothing gets done. Is there an ombud that can finally sort this out?
Does Bonitas have any chance of resolving my issues or is this just a lip service?
Boncap option: I originally changed from Discovery which I was happy with, to Bonitas because my doctor only on Bonitas and no longer Discovery. I have been to the doctor once in 3-4 years and the doctor was on the öut of town" section so it was actually pointless to add the doctor to my Bonitas as this was not done. Bonitas issued incorrect tax certificate which they have NOT corrected yet. I am supposed to complete a form each year and send together with IT34 to Bonitas, because the tax certificate is wrong I cant get a IT34 so I submit my IT12 and the form to Bonitas. The IT34 is missing and beyond my control. Bonitas put the premium up because the IT34 is missing, I have paid the correct premium as if the IT34 is submitted - keep in mind it is the fault of Bonitas that the IT34 not available, My benefits are suspended for February. Why is it my problem that the useless workers at Bonitas cant do the job? I want my February premium returned to me since I have no benefits, as since the doctor is not listed correctly I may as well go back to Discovery.
Bonitas is asking for income verification but the tax certificate is incorrect. Am I supposed to submit fake certificate to SARS. I have asked for the certificate to be corrected to no avail.
I am just wondering if the reason cash for a claim that has not been paid into our bank is because of incompetence or is Momentum going bankrupt? The claim is approved, everything is done except for the colour of money in the bank. I have already dropped the useless consultant and exchanged the policy for a broker type.
