SCAM ARTISTS
YES THIS IS A SCAN. LUCKILY I PAID NOTHING SENT THEM COPIES OF THE POSTS ON HELOPETER. THEY GET YOU TO PAY BIT BY BIT. FIRST INITIATION FEE, THEN CONTRACT FEE AND THEN INSURANCE AND SO IT GOES ON. NEARLY GOT CAUGHT BY A COMPANY CALLED FINASAP WHO DID EXACTLY THE SAME. SAME SCAM ARTISTS. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE AS PER THE NCR RECOMMENDATION!

Poor telephone connection and lack of agents to handle calls
<p>Brooks & Luyt are very good at sending out automated emails and threatening sms' and when you try and phone them on their landline number you are put in a holding queue because too many people are phoning and then the line goes dead. Once I got connected with another customer holding. Get your ****** telephone service in order before you send out your threats. AND READ YOUR EMAILS!</p>
