For pensioner discount, one must email which is my preferred means. I wanted to book a rondavel at Ebb and Flow, Wilderness. No reply. Tried again no reply. Others here confirm that there is no communication. I think no one works there. Probably don't want people to stay so that they don't have to do any work. Just sit and wait for the next paycheck. BTW, all the rondavels were available when I wanted to book.
Avoid paying a deposit. You might not get it back. I paid a R5000 deposit to secure a car, then arranged the balance within 2 days. The flawed payment system, Ozow, told me to pay the full amount. I tried to reduce it by the R5000 already paid but computer said NO. So I just paid the full amount knowing they would refund me the excess. Explained to the salesman. No luck. Looked for complaints on the website but you are not allowed to have a complaint. Only a "concern". So I explained again. got a call back so explained a third time. Got transferred to a sales manager who was the person responsible for overseeing the sale. He took forever to answer, but did, no doubt as he saw it was from the "concern" department. Explained a fourth time. He said he didn't know me even though I had had sent him an email. He said he hadn't read his emails, so I had to explain that I bought the car from someone who reports to him. Then he said he needed a copy of my ID and proof of bank account. I said I'd already given this to the salesman so all good. Another week goes by and still waiting. I really expected a quick response from this large and otherwise efficient company. Now three weeks after purchase. Disappointed.
<p>with the purchace of a new Android phone in October 2016 I received 5 Gb of data. to my amazement it was valid, not for one month but till 2020! then I received another 4 or more, not sure why, so I had just over 9 Gb. I only use 250 Mb per month so this would last me for ages. Early on 1st Jan 2017 I received a message that all my data was depleted. I was away from home so bought 250 Mb to tide me over. Two days later my 250 Mb was also stolen. then some airtime also disappeared, about R150. The Vodacom shop was friendly but unhelpfull. I only update on WiFi and I checked my apps data useage and nothing used more than 25 Mb in the last 30 days. Who stole my 9 Gb plus ther rest?</p>
