<p>The website advertised the product as R359 but when proceeding with the transaction R 2007 was dedicted from my account!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When contacting the call centre they advise that it is R349 per item and international taxes which comes ot R2007. </p> <p> </p> <p>i advised the consultant that they should then notify you as to the total before proceeding with the order but there is no indication and she advised this is the way they process. They send the invoice after the transaction has been processed which is Fraudulant.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totallu unacceptable!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i want a FUll refund and would then prefer to cancel teh transaction!</p> <p> </p>

Awaiting delivery of goods since 5th December 2016!!
<p>i ordered from runwaysale on the 5th december and to date have not received my items.</p> <p> </p> <p>this has been followed up by direct e-mails to them to which i have also received no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre contact number rings but nobody answers.</p> <p> </p> <p>can i please have an urgent response!</p> <p> </p> <p>regards,</p>
