Not delivering goods. Not answering phones. Throws phone down in your ear. Rather buy elsewhere.

Hold on account
<p>I have opened a private banking account, instead FNB opened another platinum account. The ourier came and I did the FICA and signed. Now my signiture card is missing and they are holding my money hostage. I have been to the bank numerous times and even the bank manager at Herm**** was unable to help. Two hours in a que and now 6 weeks later still no progress now again i need to bring in proof of adres. in meantime i am incurring interest on credit card and account because fnb did not do their job. Are they using my money for their on needs? Why do i get punishd for them not doing their work. There is always a huge que. Do the staff in Herm**** get trained to be slow? I have een struggeling to gt my money as my salary gets paid in his acount from September 2016. I have asked them to just close the account and transfer the funds to my other bank acount and they still refuse to return mmy money. This is my money that I worked for and now he bank is taking it for themselves. Even the bank ombudsman ebsite does not work.</p>
