The most horrible after service/ customer care ever. I have been waiting for a refund for an amount that was debited on 26 February AFTER I settled my device with them. Very dismissive and everyone passes the buck . 3 weeks later I am awaiting a courtesy call AND Explanation as to why I was debited and why I was told to wait 14 days and on the 14th day told to wait another 14 days for a refund. So I must wait to get a payment erroneously debited in February , in APRIL ? ABSURD if you ask me. They have horrible, horrible customer service. No one is willing to take accountability as to why their records were not updated after the device was settled AND I must wait so long for a refund. I emailed info as well as payments @ rentoza and no one , absolutely no one is willing to take accountability for this .I would not use their services again.
HORRIBLE 1st time Customer Experience with the quality of the beds as well as the after service. It has been 4 months trying to exchange my bed set. when I finally thought that they got it right I opted to choose a different bed set altogether , 3 weeks ago and to this day I am told they will call me this week. it has been like this FOR FOUR Months !!!No one seems to want to take accountability for this and I want my bed delivered or my money back, I don't have a week to wait !
