Incompetent , Unethical and unprofessional
completely dishonest , unethical business. Took my landrover for a service and was called the next day and told my engine had given up!.

Breach of building contract
I had recently purchased a unit at the Mont tremblant estate in craigavon. It has been an unpleasant and uphill constant battle for us as new home owners. Victor from Galencia had entered an agreement that our home would have defects corrected by 1st of September this year. It has now been 3 months and none of the issues have been resolved and the contract signed by both parties has been disregarded and no attention paid. VICTOR does not answer phone calls nor does he reply to emails. I would highly advise against entering this property market. Finishing are falling apart and no heed from the team at Galencia.

complete dishonesty,complete lack of customer relations
<p>I had entered a purchasing agreement last year august with Galencia, everyone was extremely "nice" only to be horrified by our experience over the next month after paying pur securing deposit.</p> <p>RUE, VICTOR and VIVIAN (managing director) are all pathetic at getting back to countless emails ,there is NO customer empathy, no responsibility, no one knows what is happening ,as a customer you keep getting 'ping pong' between them. they are constantly LYING( I have emails to prove this).</p> <p>I URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING TO BUY AT MONT TREMBLANT TO PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL, HAD I VISITED HELLO PETER AND SEEN THE REVIEWS I WOULD NEVER HAVE ENGAGED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE</p>
