<p>This is my second complaint about my credit card in one week. I ordered a credit card from FNB on December 19 and still haven't received it, because: </p> <p>The courier company phoned me once to arrange delivery and I missed the call because I was with a client. I phoned back the same day 6 time, no answer. I honed FNB, no answer. The next day I phoned the couriers 3 times, no answer. I phoned in the new year, no answer. I then logged a complaint online with FNB, the lady phoned me arrange delivery to a branch. She said the card would be there by Jan 6. That day came and went, I didn't have my card and I HEARD NOTHING from FNB. I phoned FNB AGAIN, and the branch I wanted it delivered to was not even on my delivery details. So I asked that lady I spoke to - Joyce Siawele - to please give me feedback about arranging a delivery via email - I got NO EMAIL. I then phoned FNB AGAIN today and the call cut off. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this service. I have been so politel and understanding this entire time, but it seems nobody responds to someone with manners! </p> <p>I have been a customer with FNB for 10 years and I have to wait just under a month to get my credit card?? This is PATHETIC. No follow-up??</p> <p>If I do not have my card in my hands by the end of the week (Jan 13) I will definitely be changing banks!</p>
