I purchased floating docks for my two jet-skis in January this year and paid Bastian from T Dock in full for the docks and the shipping to Seychelles. After many unanswered emails I finally managed to get through to T Docks and told them that I have not received my shipment. I was told that I would have to pay shipping again as they lost my shipment. I was very annoyed but reluctantly paid the shipping again and received the docks in August this year, eight months after making payment. The docks arrived in loose pieces (not even wrapped on a pallet or in boxes) there are no instructions or lug fittings to assemble the docks. I have contacted Bastian several times and have sent him photos of what I have received in order for him to give me instructions on assembly - only to be told that after sales service costs 75 Euros per hour.
<p>My husband was diagnosd with terminal cancer in March 2016. </p> <p>I tried to cancel my husbands gym contract with Virgin Active as he was too weak to attend gym.</p> <p>We have been paying the fees in full every month even though he was not able to go to gym due to his health.</p> <p>In December 2016 I asked Virgin if we coould cancel the contract due to the cancer and they told me to get a letter from our oncolgist stating that my husband has terminal cancer, which I did but Virgin Active said we still have to pay 40% of the remaining contract.</p> <p>We have paid it but I am very disappointed with their attitude! </p>
