T Dock Fraudsters
I am sorry to say that I, too, have become a victim of fraud by this scamster. When I first contact Bastian he was friendly, helpful and even offered to come to Angola to help us install our first shipment but as soon as I paid the agreed deposit of $ 10,000 he became aggressive and unco-operative. He changed the terms of the deal insisting on payment for freight in full before shipping which we eventually did (despite his shipping cost being exorbitant) and since then have been fobbed off with excuses for 3 months and I have just been completely ignored for 2 months. I am so sorry to see from the other reviews that this is a recurring incident and he has stolen money from other people too. Be warned! Do not pay this man any money!

Do not buy anything from t-dock! Liars!
This has to be the werse company i've had to deal with in my life. The guy running the operation ( i'll call it that cause this business looks more like a scam operation ) is called Bastian Stegen. He is a liar! He'll do anything to get your money and then will leave you waiting for months before you get what you ordered. My guess is the guy orders the parts from turkey or china and has 0 stock. I've bought 2 skijet docks and got them after 4-5 months! Mounting *****s were missing. Ordered new *****s. I was ensured the *****s are in stock. I even got som pictures and a phony tracking number. It has been 2 weeks now and the tracking still shows no info while the liar Bastian excuses himself as being out of country and other b.s. lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

T Dock - Do not use this Company
I purchased floating docks for my two jet-skis in January this year and paid Bastian from T Dock in full for the docks and the shipping to Seychelles. After many unanswered emails I finally managed to get through to T Docks and told them that I have not received my shipment. I was told that I would have to pay shipping again as they lost my shipment. I was very annoyed but reluctantly paid the shipping again and received the docks in August this year, eight months after making payment. The docks arrived in loose pieces (not even wrapped on a pallet or in boxes) there are no instructions or lug fittings to assemble the docks. I have contacted Bastian several times and have sent him photos of what I have received in order for him to give me instructions on assembly - only to be told that after sales service costs 75 Euros per hour.
