<p>I used this third party to hire a car from WOODFORD car rentals Cape town. The booking was done 1 month in advance. When we arrived at the airport on the 28/12/2016 WOODFORD told us that they did not have any cars, this was a terrible start to our holiday. They were exstremely unhelpful and the were numerous other customers that had the same problem as us. Their excuse for thenot having our car was that their customers did not bring back the cars on the agreed date. The manager disappered and we were left to deal with consultants that had no idea what to say or do. I had to run around for hours trying to find a car from another rental company.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now trying to get my money refunded and between WOODFORD and AIRPORT RENTALS no one is willing to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the worst experience i have ever had with any company and i will never use either of them ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p>STAY AWAY!</p>
