<p>At Best: This man has mis-managed, mis-led and is misguided.</p> <p>At worst: He has deliberately defrauded many people out of a lot of money. He has no idea how to quote accurately for the work - he produces a 'creative' and flexible quote, sometimes showing VAT and sometime not...negotiates a price, ask for a large deposit and then...somehow manages to convince people that he knows exactly what he is doing. He does not. He lies, manipulates and takes no responsibility for his actions.</p> <p>I personally have been de-frauded out of R500 000. Assurances of money being used to pay deposits to sub-contractors for slab/roof/window & doors...months went by and the site came to a standstill. No deposits had been paid, his labour force had not been paid and his brother admitted that the money was gone. JARON KAVAT was in Bali for a month surfing....</p> <p>I have since found many others who are owed substantial amounts, from Talisman, to flooring contractors, plumbers etc...as well as another family in Camps Bay who paid him R200 000 as a deposit and then the work never commenced. DO NOT give him any money . He is now 'robbing Peter to pay Paul'...told me he had another job lined up and would start to pay me back, which of course means the same thing will happen to the next unsuspecting client. </p>
