Terrible service and product

<p>We paid an obscene amount of money to Sun Wind Solar (Previously "Green My Building") for them to install a solar electrical system at our house. Not only was the service we received from the representative aggresive and unprofessional, the product itself also had to be replaced barely a year after it was installed by Sun Wind Solar. The professional that installed the new system suggested to us that it appeared as though the batteries installed by Sun Wind Solar were second hand when installed at our house, even though we paid for a new product. We can obviously not say whether this is in fact true, but since we have left a review on Sun Wind Solar's facebook page inviting them to prove the opposite  and not receiving any response, we can only assume that their silence on the matter means that the worst is in fact true. </p> <p>Sun Wind Solar even went as far as deactivating the "review" section on their facebook page in order to get rid of my negative review... There is no customer service to speak of and I can not recommend Sun Wind Solar to anyone with a clear conscience after my horrendous experience with not only their product, but also the way they treat their customers.</p>
