Solar - Without the Sun!
<p>Go look for their offices - good luck finding it. Just another fly-by-night Solar wanne-be company!</p> <p> </p> <p>This company it seems are rolling orders/deposits to complete current jobs and leave you waiting ages for your installation. I had every excuse in the book...from my stock being booked out on another job to the installation team having a flat tyre without a spare.</p> <p> </p> <p>Owner Shane is unavailable, makes promises and NEVER delivers! Extremely unhelpfull and a master dodger...</p> <p> </p> <p>Any prospective client...think twice...stay away!!!</p>

bad service and fraud
<p>Sun Wind Solar can in no way be recommended. We had a solar system installed and were advised to install a heat pump in addition. We agreed and paid the 90% deposit (a huge amount!) and have until this day not seen the product nor received any refund. From the start, service was unsatisfactory. Whenever we made an appointment with Shane, he either sent somebody else, or arrived late, and even got annoyed with us calling him. When it became clear to us that he is not going to be delivering the product, we had to turn to an attorney to take on this matter, as there is a lot of money involved. Shane initially responded, saying he will refund the money (we know, that he didn't even purchase the product from his supplier in the first place) but until this day we have not received a cent, and complete silence on his part. </p> <p>In conclusion we would just like to warn people form doing business with Sun Wind Solar, as they show fraudulent behaviour and cannot be trusted.</p>

Terrible service and product
<p>We paid an obscene amount of money to Sun Wind Solar (Previously "Green My Building") for them to install a solar electrical system at our house. Not only was the service we received from the representative aggresive and unprofessional, the product itself also had to be replaced barely a year after it was installed by Sun Wind Solar. The professional that installed the new system suggested to us that it appeared as though the batteries installed by Sun Wind Solar were second hand when installed at our house, even though we paid for a new product. We can obviously not say whether this is in fact true, but since we have left a review on Sun Wind Solar's facebook page inviting them to prove the opposite and not receiving any response, we can only assume that their silence on the matter means that the worst is in fact true. </p> <p>Sun Wind Solar even went as far as deactivating the "review" section on their facebook page in order to get rid of my negative review... There is no customer service to speak of and I can not recommend Sun Wind Solar to anyone with a clear conscience after my horrendous experience with not only their product, but also the way they treat their customers.</p>
