<p>Hi, I've been struggling to use my cell c contract phone for over two months now. I've been phoning technical support a hundred times from last year end October, explaining my problem to probably everyone by now... and still no solution!!! They never phone me back, i always need to follow up on my case or should i say cases I've been logging for the past 2 months... I can't receive or make any calls, i can't use social media apps without being connected to the WiFi and it's not only in one area, it's everywhere; Pretoria, Johannesburg, North West, etc. They tried numerous times to reset my network settings, unblocking any blockage on my incoming/outgoing calls, I even had to do a sim swap and that did not work as well. I took my phone to an Istore and find that my phone is working 100%, they've tried a mtn sim card in my iPhone and it worked perfectly so it's definitely my cell c that's not compatible with the phone!!!!!! I wanted to cancel my contract because of this but find that i should pay R 8000 for the phone which doesn't even work with my cell c contract so it's not my fault at all.... I got a iPhone 6 plus and request a new phone that is compatible with my cell c contract or i want to cancel my contract immediately without having to pay for my phone. I've tried to resolve this matter by phoning cell c but failed to succeed, my call log reference is ********** ********** 43. Please feel free to listen to it as i am tired to explain my whole story AGAIN.(This is only the last technical call I've logged in, check my profile and you will see the other 20 logs) I would appreciate if i could receive urgent response via email/ FB messenger/ or even comment on my post with a solution before the end of today otherwise i will take it further to Hello Peter. (Please note i cannot receive calls so please provide me with a phone number who will be able to resolve my matter immediately) .... Guess what i am still waiting for cell c.......</p>
