Customer communication is very slow for a company that deals with requesting payments. I’m waiting for three days in a follow up email, I’ve called but the line is busy. No one has rep**** to email the general email request I’ve sent through the site and yet I’m expected to pay with a risk of anything penalties. Ever since they’ve taken over as body corporate the concerns have only increased.

Within 30 minutes of a call all my concerns were put to peace with Jodi Muller. Didn’t think taking out a policy would be so simple. A friendly and happy voice on the other side of the call only put a smile on my face and a skip to my step knowing that I am happy with the plan I’ve taken.
