Just want to express my deep disappointment with the recent service I received at one of your Pick n Pay stores, for months now, and I believe it is essential that you consider the example set by Checker Hyper to improve your service. I was appalled by the lack of attentiveness and courtesy exhibited by some of your staff members and this is ongoing. Checker Hyper's employees are known for their helpfulness and willingness to assist customers, which greatly contributes to a positive shopping experience. The checkout process at Pick n Pay was frustratingly slow. There were long queues, and it appeared that there was an inadequate number of cashiers available to handle the volume of customers. Checker Hyper, on the other hand, consistently ensures that there are enough cashiers to minimise waiting times, which is a significant advantage for customers. In light of my experience at your stores, I would like to suggest that Pick n Pay learn from Checker Hyper's exemplary customer service standards. It is crucial that Pick n Pay takes immediate action to improve the cleanliness and organisation of its stores, provide better training to staff in customer service skills, and optimise the checkout process for the benefit of its customers. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.

SABC TV License department is absolutely SHOCKING, bad customer service with the consult not listening, SABC is charging my retired Dad a huge amount when he never bought a tv or tv license, they sent me a statement with all incorrect information except ID number and expecting us to pay the amount. I am disgusted. Who can assist with this cancellation because phoning everyday doesn't seem to to help.
