Terrible business practice, robbery

It seems WebAfrica makes money in unscrupulous ways, broad daylight robbery typa Gangster staff. I applied on their website for fibre last year, I already had SADV infrustructure installed at my apartment, but guess what, they charged that installation and also charged for service they have never provided, now I owe them R3K+, I don't even know what colour their router looks like because no one ever came to deliver it and install it. Very bad company, don't do business with them, their customer billing agent even hung up on me trying to defend the indefencibile.
