I will not recommend GR Tax to anyone, have never experience such poor service ever. Because of their poor service and insufficiency with my tax return I had to pay hefty penalties to SARS, always had to follow up regarding progress, eventually months later received calculations - much higher then expected, had to redo the calculations myself and send back to them, without any progress with the estimates I was forced to approach another company, within 2days I received calculations and it was thousands (Not Hundreds of rands, thousands) lower then GR Tax calculations. I immediately requested them to step away from my tax return, as I have not received any level of service form them, plus they nearly cost me close to R40K in incorrect calculations. They then sent me an invoice for payment for their services, the invoice came in x4 times higher then my new consultants invoice. Please think twice before making use of their services and spare yourself the frustration I have had to endured with this company.

Absolutely beyond disappointed with my Hyundai Venue bought 8 months ago with not even 13 000km on the clock, car has a gearbox issue and parts need to be ordered from Korea - was asked to call Hyundai SA and needless to say I am not getting through on the number, nobody answers the call and I get redirected to the switch board - This is unacceptable, I bought a brand new car to avoid issues like this, and now not even 13 000km later I am sitting with issues - I except some feedback as calling your call center is a waist of my time.
<p>I have been with Sizwe for the past 5years. Always been very happy with the service they provided. Since they moved over to their new system everything is a mess... I received pre-authorisation for MRI scan and admission from Sizwe, this was for 23rd of September.. they still have not paid these accounts, keep saying I have not obtained authorisation... I need this issue to be sorted out. Spoke the a consultant last week and she assured me the issue is with Sizwe and that they need to pay the accounts. Still not paid. Received statment again saying I did not receive authorisation. Please get into contact with my ASAP as I am taking further steps regarding this. We pay alot of money every month to be on this medical aid and are now receiving the worst service imagenable! Really supper dissapointed!!!</p>
