Ultimately the worst customer service so far. I ordered a new fiber package which includes a router. The line installation was done quickly. I then received what I though was suppose to be a new router, but instead I received another client's used router that is full of scratches. I have phoned in multiple times to follow up with the ticket that I logged. If I get through to support they say that its sales issue, if I get through to sales they say its supports issue and then drop the call on me. Really the worst service and I thought that Telkom was bad.
I have ordered items from this supplier and its been 2 weeks now and still no delivery. Every day the supplier promises that delivery will be that same day. Useless company in resolving my issue. I have phoned them on 2 occasions to sort out my ebill issues on their myvodacom issues. It has been more than 2 months and the issues are still there, where someone else has master account rights over my number.
<p>Vodacom is having me pay for a service that I am not receiving, but when I reverse payments they keep calling saying that account is arears. I do not understand how you can be in arears for a sim only data package when you do no receive your data. </p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom does not want to release me from this contract without having to penalties, but they are the ones in breach of the contract.</p>
<p>Vodacom has been charging for a service that it has not been delivering. I was also charged an upgrade fee for services that have not been upgraded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been incontact with a lady by the name of Claudia for a month now at email ********** Today when I tried contacting her again the email server keeps bouncing emails to the address.</p>
<p>It has been long than a month for my query to be resolved and when I log into the client portal I see that my query has been closed, but has not yet been resolved. </p>
