Telkom mobile service... WHAT service????
<p>I placed an order with Telkom mobile online, received a call almost immediatly to verify my details and the order. Witin 2 days the first debit order went off my account.... and thats where the service ended!</p> <p>Their promise of 5 working days for the order to be finalised.... all a lie!!</p> <p>I've sent numerous e-mails to enquire about the progress of the order, phoned their 10213 number, just to hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. They took my details and order number, made me hold for another 15 minutes when the line was cut! And don't think, even though they now had my details, anyone phoned back!</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously Telkom Mobile?? Why offer the service if you do not have the manpower or ability to fullfill your promises.</p>
