My wife ordered goods from them in December to be delivered before Xmas as presents, however the goods was returned by the courier company (The Courier Guy) having the incorrect address. My wife send numerous emails to Jeep to follow up on the order (J16701). Service Ticket 840848. None is getting back to her since email was send on the 6/1/2026. By the end of January, the goods balance will be settled via Payjustnow and still no goods. This not acceptable at all

After multiple calls with the call center the correct address was given and shared via email as well. Still, they returned to goods to Jeep as a result of that we still have not received our goods. Hi I have send email to debtreviewmanager@absa.co.za to get paid up letter on 13/3/2024. Still no response.
I had Telkom LTE service. In January around the 18th the service degraded badly. I logged a fault. After getting no feedback I reported it on Hellopeter. A call center agent called me and advise me that the tower was vandalized and it would take 6-12 months to repair. I can cancel the contract without paying any penalty fees.. So when fibre was installed to my premises on 3 March I canceled the LTE contract on the Mobile app. I did not receive any reference nr. It purely stated that they will get in contact with me. Ever since the up to now nobody has called me and debit order still going off. I have to reverse it very month and cost me money. Once again bad service or nothing at all
I reported my LTE service last week.Ref nr35053756. Yesterday I got email from Scelo Hlengwa SOC – Service Operation Centre T: +27 (0) 81 180 E: HlengwS1@Telkom.co.za He asked me for my contact nr as they were struggling to get hold of me. So he asked me what time is convenient for me. I responded 09:48 that I am availble. Around 12:33 I called 081180.The lady that assisted me said that Scelo is aware of my email and will call me after lunch. I send a follow up email at 17:13 to Scelo and still no reply. I think he is still on lunch. My LTE service is impacting on me working from home.
<p>My wife took out new contract IPhone 7 on Red Advantage package. Since I got the phone it did not connect to 4G only 3G. I went back to the shop were my wife took out the new contract and the onsite techie proved that the sim is faulty, so they did a sim swop. I had to wait for new sim to activate before I insert it in the phone and again only connecting to 3G. So I called the customer service call centre were I was assist by Reuben Cornelius. He was of great help and tried everything in his power to solve the problem. He escalated it to the back office(ref 1- ********** 691696) this was the 13th of Jan 2017. One week later no feedback at all. Still only connecting to 3G. The nr in question is ********** 186.</p>
