My wife and I we are receiving the worse service ever I will advice anyone of you to stay away from Asambe Travel Club . we have been using the club for 3 years now and we wanted to book for accommodation as we have +_ 10 K points which is equivalent to R10 000.00 . every time we call the hotel we want to vist there will be always have space . but when we call asambe to make necessary arrangements on time which they will get back to you 4 day before ur trip with a disappointment news after we take leave days from our work .this has been happening every time we want to book for accommodation .we have been trying to use the money we have with the club but is imposable to use it . so good people please stay away from this people . it seems like we are paying for nothing . again please stay away .
<p>Am sadiki I would like to submit a complain about virgin active Midrand (carswald and Boulders ) . I went to Boulder and ask if is possible to join carlsword gym because by then Carlsword was and not yet open a Guy by the name of Nyiko (sales manager) came to me and assist me he told me it was possible then I applied for Carsworl d membership everything went well money was detected on my bank account by the time Carsworld open I went to the gym ,when I get there I was told that my membership don’t belong to Carsworld I was very disappointed I went back to Boulders to ask about my membership a lady by the name of Pauline told me that she wrote note several times on a system casworld must let me in and train then I drove back to casword I was told the same thing time and again I was left with no choice thank to go back to Boulders and communicate with the branch manager and he promised me that my problem will be resolved 4 weeks passed while still waiting remember I was paying for my membership while not training </p> <p>I decided to go back for the 11 th time to Boulders Virgin Active I asked to be transferred to head office Virgin active I asked to be transferred to claims and complains I then spoke to Ronnel as she refuse to tell me her surname I asked her if is possible to spike with Ronnels manager I was very disappointed with his respond he told me that this issue must be resolved on a branch level . I asked Virgin Active nicely to cancel my membership because am not happy with the service am receiving from them and they refuse please help me { ********** 458} any advice will be appreciated. </p>
