I joined Asambe Traveling Club since 01/02/2018 never used it before, fast forward October 2025 I have R18 737.80, as per Statement sent to me for confirmation. Now I booked in advance to travel by MSC cruise ship 09/02/2026,I phoned Nokwazi (Kwazbani) on 060 327 1298 told me to submit Asambe signed form which I did on 06/10/2025 and when I phone her again on 08/10/2025 to found out have they`ve done payment stating waiting for her manager. I phone Lydia on 10/10/2025 on 082 614 0894 her manager to find out if have done payment to secure my spot telling me not yet she is waiting for the account department to pay and I ask when she still not sure when (no straight answer) Its three weeks waiting for them with no luck payment MSC cruise ship. Asambe Traveling Club phone number on their websites are not working anymore that’s why I`ve been using cell phone numbers.

They deserve no star i had 2465 in my account they i close the membership i had that amount then i wanted them to book a bus for me which i wa then told i have 1455 there's money deducted every month which i was never told about so i wanted to use the money to cut ties with them booking a bus you're charged service fee again which is not fair charging customers service money in and mobey out as if they are bank i wish people can see this abd cut all all ties with this ****mers

Asambe is as **** , these people approach clients for business and they dont deliver , they debit peoples money on a monthly basis an they go silent. Their service Disgusting and they are making millions , The biggest ****** **** !!!

i would like to express my concern as i have a complaint about an agent by the name of Mondlolozi that is employed by your company this agent is rude , not customer obsessed , doesnt show empathy ,doesnt show ability to help customers i dont think his fit for the job , actually i think he hates his job i have expressed my feelings of my mother not being informed that the company will pay for the booking before they arrive at the hotel instead how he answers to question being asked he is very rude and even shout wanting to repeat himself as if we didn't hear what he is said, he cant speak to customers ,he shows no remorse even after the call. He doesn't apply treating customer fairly and the same experience i received in couple of day it was exactly the same he dd last year 2023.he needs to understand that customers will call frustrated and all he need to do is understand and put himself in customers shoes. His unapologetic ,he has no passion for him job and i feel he doesn't deserve to work for your company and i believe my mother will take her business someone else .My mother has been with you guys for a while to be treated with such a disrespectful from your companies agents and yet she's paying for the services .That Man needs to go !!!!!!!!! he cant explain your company process and have a way to make customers understand instead he frustrated us more !!!!!!

We are a group of seven ladies who booked a cruise with MSC via Epic Travel Agency. Our agent was a guy named Tumi not sure about surname .. we paid full amount for the cruise which included cruise shuttle accomodation for 2nights in Durban. We also paid for the drinks package and internet package. To our surprised when we arrived on board he didn't pay for our drinks and internet. Before we go on the cruise he informed us that we have to top up on the flights of which each member paid extra R240000. On our returned from the cruise at the airport he didn't pay from our luggage mind you this id a different flight to that we used going to Durban. The shuttle was a disaster not safe and it was just a taxi which was going around collecting passengers at our expenses. Epic Travel Agency we need our refund asap.. Hello Peter help us to recover our money

Asambe TravelClub do not deserve a star. These people seem to have closed their doors on us and took our hard earned premiums. The office number 011-8853618 has a message that says the number does not exist and the whatsapp number is unanswered but they are still receiving our premiums.

Asambe is the worst travel club, the biggest scammers that you can find in the world. Their services stinks, Nosipho keeps lying time and again . Do not join that rubbish travel company.😡😡😡😡

My wife and I we are receiving the worse service ever I will advice anyone of you to stay away from Asambe Travel Club . we have been using the club for 3 years now and we wanted to book for accommodation as we have +_ 10 K points which is equivalent to R10 000.00 . every time we call the hotel we want to vist there will be always have space . but when we call asambe to make necessary arrangements on time which they will get back to you 4 day before ur trip with a disappointment news after we take leave days from our work .this has been happening every time we want to book for accommodation .we have been trying to use the money we have with the club but is imposable to use it . so good people please stay away from this people . it seems like we are paying for nothing . again please stay away .
