I actually don't want to give them any star just zero. I haven't had any internet for 6 days now. These people are the worst I don't wish them even on on my worst enemy. They do not communicate even on the easiest level, just to let us know as subscribers of what the problem is. They have no regard and respect for us. Their technicians do not report back as well, they just disappear and one must keep on chasing them with phone calls that also remain unanswered. I'm really angry with them and ready to find a new service provider.
Asambe TravelClub do not deserve a star. These people seem to have closed their doors on us and took our hard earned premiums. The office number 011-8853618 has a message that says the number does not exist and the whatsapp number is unanswered but they are still receiving our premiums.

On 26th October 2018, I sent 2 parcels to different destinations using Postnet Empangeni. The 1 parcel to Rustenburg arrived in record time while the parcel to Centurion with tracking number PPA ********** 1319 is still not delivered. What frustrates me the most is the way that the whole issue is being handled by Empangeni staff. They are so relaxed and are not taking any action about. The parcel contents are worth around R3000.
