Star its not even recommend for them 0 its ok for them selling things on false i visited maponya mall they told me they giving away vouchers for free which i didn't used them now they are telling me its 24 months contract for what i asked the lady several times is this not insurance she said no that **** i told her i am not interested dont want any insurance i already have ******s ****mers selling their products on lies thats not right they are targeting old people ****** ******s clientele
They dont even deserve a star bus number 0332 my bust departure time was 7h15 e were told we should be @ the bus stop by 6h45 the bus ddnt arrive no massage nothing another bus arrived bigsky which is written ****erated by intercapr when the driver phoned our drive he was tild that the bus is still @ the depo they dont care about their customers if we wanted later bus we should have booked for later bus poor service @ higher grate m sorry to say it but blacks dont respect their jobs and customers
They deserve no star i had 2465 in my account they i close the membership i had that amount then i wanted them to book a bus for me which i wa then told i have 1455 there's money deducted every month which i was never told about so i wanted to use the money to cut ties with them booking a bus you're charged service fee again which is not fair charging customers service money in and mobey out as if they are bank i wish people can see this abd cut all all ties with this ****mers
I cancelled my membership fee then i was having money which they told me they dont refund i understood then i tried to book now they told me the money i left its nolonger the same as before they are charging me monthly fee which they never told me about when i close/cancel the membership which is not fair i think its day light ******* they ripping people their hard earned money they should have told me when i close the membership that know that the will be money deducted every month i should have used it immediately even that 1 star its not suitable for them they deserve 0
I went to pick and pay clothing jabulani mall the service i got from cashier Musa a small boy i found a que no problem i followed it was crazy since it was sassa day when i arrive @ the till wanting to pay my bil he said third party its offline i asked him but you should tell customers that he said its not his responsibility i dont see his alone i asked how can you be slone monthend on sassa i asked to see the manager he refuse to call the manager i then bought hat and cloves he gave me change which was short with 10cents it might be little but its mine i am entitled to get it how many 10 cents he didn't give customers from the time he start to operate the till he then look for 10 cent under the counter and throw it to me and said here your 10 cent take it i didn't that was rude is it because its in black community dont know he doesn't have customer service @ all i don't think he knows the slogan of pick and pay that say a "CUSTOMER" ITS A QUEEN

They dont deserve a star if it was in my power i was gonna cancel their services our agreement was they have to deduct on the 1st of every month it happend twice that they deduct after our agreement date of which after the 1st the won't be money left in my account now they said i am in arrears whos fault is that bad service ever i wouldn't recommend it. Hello Peter my name is Dineo Moteka i app**** for OYI medical card it was working like a charm with no worries everything month i put 100r for rainy days when i need medication its card that buy medication or use it when you go to clinic or doctor as long they have machine thing change i went to clicks as usual to buy medication my card declined went again still declined while its having money i foned them they said its not their fault its technical problem they gave me same answer each time this year june on the 12th i decided to close and cancel the card they wanted my banking details which i gave them they said it will take 7 working days for me to get my money its 2 months money i haven't received any cent this week monday they told me thank for reminding the and sorry for the delay please help me
Bad service as long they got the money they dont care about their clients they don't take any measures they dont communicate with their clients
