last year I put in a claim with my insurance and referred my vehicle to re new it and I chose Rivonia branch .my vehicle was kept for a month for the damage of the vehicle and further got damaged by hail while kept at their premises .i then collected the vehicle as they couldn't provide car hire since the actual accident it was repaired but now it had Hail damage..i therefore took the vehicle in December as i need the car for festive season..i then called for them to book the vehicle for hail and windscreen replacement it was booked in 01/02/2024 , till today 14/03/2024 the vehicle is not ready to be collected as windscreen hasn't been fitted nor even ready .the feedback that i been getting in the last 3 weeks has been the same and that time if my car wasn't at their panel beater my car would still be with me with no damage..i suffer financial loss , i went through all type of emotions i can be .no car hire was granted as they said in a nice way there is nothing they can do they dont have cover in their insurance as its natural disaster ...so basically i must make a plan because its not their fault that im in this situation. they showed no sympathy for my current situation as they dd absolutely nothing to ease the pain they have caused by not taking precautions and its not like they dont know hail does exist ,to even make the matter worse i still dont have a car on the 14/03/2024 .No one is able to confirm when i can collect the vehicle other than they haven't fitted the vehicle however they finishing off to fix which i have no idea what's the hold up as i could easily just fetch the car since they done with quality inspection and from wash bay ,so whats the hold up ? i dont know ..
i would like to express my concern as i have a complaint about an agent by the name of Mondlolozi that is employed by your company this agent is rude , not customer obsessed , doesnt show empathy ,doesnt show ability to help customers i dont think his fit for the job , actually i think he hates his job i have expressed my feelings of my mother not being informed that the company will pay for the booking before they arrive at the hotel instead how he answers to question being asked he is very rude and even shout wanting to repeat himself as if we didn't hear what he is said, he cant speak to customers ,he shows no remorse even after the call. He doesn't apply treating customer fairly and the same experience i received in couple of day it was exactly the same he dd last year 2023.he needs to understand that customers will call frustrated and all he need to do is understand and put himself in customers shoes. His unapologetic ,he has no passion for him job and i feel he doesn't deserve to work for your company and i believe my mother will take her business someone else .My mother has been with you guys for a while to be treated with such a disrespectful from your companies agents and yet she's paying for the services .That Man needs to go !!!!!!!!! he cant explain your company process and have a way to make customers understand instead he frustrated us more !!!!!!
