Vodacom

<p>hi there, i have a problem where i was consulted by vodacom claiming i openned a contract with them which im not aware off. i explained my side of the story which i never open a cellphone contract with them.</p> <p>i was then asked to submit affidavit with three signatures on blank paper for them to conduct investigation. i did all that but my main problem is that i called the cancellation department to query an update as to how far they were with investigations. i was told im clear the case was deemed as fraud but when i request that in writting i was shoved to all depertments until i ran out of air time since im using different network to them which i spent 32min without getting any help.</p> <p>suddenly now im contacted by their lawyers  hammond pole claiming i  owe the shop when i have over & over again trying to prove my innocence.</p> <p>offlate i tried to open an contract account which was declined due to this ongoing issue not sorted  by the subject company.</p> <p>please advise why i became a victim of this fraud & no one prepared to conduct a proper investigation and sort this matter before my name get more into jeopady for no reason.</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Neville </p>
