Bad service and no refusal to return deposit

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a very bad experience with  NS Rentals and the owner Christo Deacon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made use of this rental agency with two of my properties.   The properties were badly managed and I have lost a cosniderable amount amount of money due to the lack of accountibility on the agency's side. Chrisot was rude to my tenants and neglegted his duties as property manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took considerable effort to return the deposit of one my tentant's.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still struggle to get the deposit back from the other property (a year after their last contact ended). Christo Deacon at NS Rentals is refusing/not willing to pay back the deposit of this property.  </p> <p> </p> <p>I have now started legal proceedings against him and his company in an effort to put a stop to his and get back the deposit.  He has no legal grounds to withhold the tenant's deposit.  </p> <p> </p> <p>As a landlord, I disourage anyone making use of this company for various reasons.  The service is unprofessional.  In fact, this is rather a 'non-service' than a service.  Also, don't expect to get your tenant's deposit back easily</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Gerrit Kellerman</p> <p> </p>
