Shocking how this ISP has only one guy that is able to tell you what is going on with you installation of your fiber line. I had just been told that he is off sick and the whole operations and technical department has gone on lunch and that there is no one who can assist. I have left numerous messages today for any form of communication and is yet to receive a call from the conpany.
Firstly I walk in and the receptionist on duty looks at me holding my sick dog and then continues gossipping with a “client”. At last, after asking for a examination room to put her in as she is quite heavy, I have been waiting about 30 minutes for any Vet to tend to my dog who is seriously ill. I would not reccommend this Animal Hospital to anyone
<p>After speaking to a consultant, accepting and paying the package almost R5000, I still do not have anything to show! Speaking to the customer liason, Abraham, it seems like he doesnt even know whats going on with the company. And dont even think you are going to take it further in the company because various messages left for the GM and CEO no one is ever available and does not return your calls! Utterly bad service and had I known this I would have gone with another company</p>
