Good day On 22 April 2024 I received an email from ACS explaining to me that my outstanding account is R 2724.99. From 25/03/2024 until date I have paid R3403.79 on my account. Now I must pay another R600 after mailing and asking since November what my outstanding balance is to settle the account. Every day I get 5 - 6 calls and I cannot answer my phone but those phone calls get added to my account even if I don't answer. After explaining to them that they must send me an amount and explaining to them that I cannot answer my phone, the calls do not stop. I have been without employment for most of 2023. After sending them a letter every month I ask them also to rectify it at Experian because it still shows late payment, nothing has been done. Please could someone assist me?
<p>Good day we cancelled our medical aid with LMS the 1st of December 2016. The consultant told us that we need to wait for 4 months to get back our refund. They said that they are waiting for doctors that have not send them statements but we have not been to any drs after the 15 December 2016 and we told them that we will take full responsesibility for any outstanding payments. Still they refused. </p> <p> </p> <p>One Dr they did pay as per the statement but the dr said they never received the money. they dont want to assist the Dr nor myseld to see where the payment has been allocated to. Now the dr is holding me responsible for the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money to be paid back to me asap.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could someone assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p>
