<p>Dianne(estate manager or owner) at Amici @the William is exceptionally rude, racist and unprofessional.</p> <p>I had made a booking for a birthday party which her staff messed up 3 times, and I had to follow up with them each time to see if they had corrected their errors. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking and just purely disgusting-from the rude and unfriendly staff to Dianne herself who thought I was one of her black employees and she could dictate terms and conditions to me when I am the client. She thinks I am some complacent black with no money, who cannot afford to pay a measly R500 booking fee when in actual fact I will be spending way more than R500 for the party overall!</p> <p> </p> <p>She is a coward on top of that, because when I call she does not answer the phone and wants to send emails full of attiitude and that are unprofessional. DISGUSTING ,to say the least or is that just how you treat Black clientele only?</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never support their business ever again!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I called Motor engage to find first of all that the number on the website does not work! i had to play detective to make means to contact them.</p> <p>It took me a whole phonecall of 37 minutes and 21 seconds to discover that they cannot help me in any way possible.</p> <p>Of those 37 minutes i spent spent 25 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a human being, when a human actually answers the phone they transfer from consultant to consultant because every question i ask the answer is: I DON'T KNOW!</p> <p> </p> <p>I needed my car serviced and I found out that they cannot help me and they do not even cover what faults the vehicle has that require service. Having spoken to Krishen(manager), Calvin ( the retarded idiot) and whoever the last ***** was i spoke to NONE OF THESE PEOPLE COULD HELP ME!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEYY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!</p>
