Mooi and Co debacle
Be careful, this cimpany is based in China, even though ad said Mooi and CO Cape Town... tel number nowhere to be found. I bought a bag, R899 with 50% discount, only to find the same bag online for R499. Tried to send it back, but cost to ship to China, R1000... dealt with AI type based nonsense for over a week... after several deals, they offered a 30% refund.....

Artifical Intelligence is ruining our world!
I am so sick of AI... firstly 3 months ago, i asked these guys to repair one phone, first claim in three years. They accepted, then deemed to be high cost, so would replace it, could not find a replacement, so paid me about the 2nd hand value less excess. I then bought a new phone, tried to load it on the platform and was told that they would not accept is as now i am too high risk???? Ai Ai Artifical Intelligence Nonsense.. to make it worse, a few weeks ago, my first claim on my BMW...In 3 years with the Naked, assessor phone, said R16 000 damage and need to take it to one of two dealers 20km from my home. I asked if they could find someone closer.... no effort from them, i can go to one closer of my choice... drive 4km down the road and in the workshop, similar BMW on the workshop... quote R7 000, cost to Naked R4 000... off we go..two days later i receive an email that my premium has increased by approx 28%... Ai Ai Artificial intelligence... i even called and spoke to some lady who said she investigate, told her about me saving them R9 000, that am actually lower risk s i have moved to higher quality area with more security and now work from home since my heart attack least year.... result NO ****** CARE as Artificial Intelligence rules... i have begged for a co-founder to call me and asked for a head office tel number.... to no avail. Such block, this non-Human-centric behaviour is going to ruin our beautiful world....

Illegal debit order
<p>several months ago, these guys took a debit from my account. Resolved with ********** . Now out the blue, same amount. Cannot get through on landline to them ever, sent message on the site.</p> <p> </p> <p>illegal again and no help</p>
