<p>I am extremely displeased by the service i received this Tuesday 24 January 2017 from your centurion service department - i knowingly did not wash my car for over a week as i had booked the service and knew the car would be washed there properly after the service. After waiting for an hour to get my car back that afternoon, they bring it to me with it dirty and maybe even more as the mechanics would have been in the car with greasy hands and such. and then i am told to come anytime for the wash!!! are you kidding me??? do i now have time to bring it specially for a wash!!! this is irresponsible and incompetent and the person monitoring the car wash should be fired. I shall never bring the car there again! an even before that i asked them to remove the cd that was stuck in the cd player - they want to charge me nearly R2000-00 for that!!! Does this dealership care about its reputation or just making money!!!! im utterly disgusted!!!</p>
