My family and I were attending my daughter's friend's birthday party this past Saturday, 07/02/2026. We arrived at HYTO TYTO, super excited as we have been wanting to visit after hearing such lovely things about the place. Finally we arrived there after driving almost an hour, kids playing, my husband and I ordered a pizza. When the pizza arrived, it looked so delicious, I went in to take a slice and noticed a ****roach crawling out. To my surprise, I stood up, told my husband there's a roach, as he looked there were a few more, literally crawling out from under the pizza. Whether it was from the pizza board or the brown paper below the board, I don't know but there were over 10 ****roaches running all over the table. It definitely came with the pizza. I was utterly disgusted. We called the waiter, she just apologized and took the pizza back. After a few minutes, I asked my husband to maybe cancel that pizza order as I was not going to let my family eat something else after finding ****roaches. My husband canceled the order, which the kitchen staff were preparing to make another one. What disappointed me most is that my husband spoke to the manager, he apologized saying that he does not know how that happened. That was it!!! He did not even have the decency to come to our table and formally apologize. Being in the food industry, this is absolutely pathetic service from HYTO TYTO. I will never visit this restaurant again and I will never recommend anyone else to visit.
<p>Never in my life have I been spoken to in the way Lynette White from Jumping Partyland has spoken to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I emailed Lynette to get a quote on party packages. I wanted to change the package a little like the jumping castle to a waterslide and things. She did respond to my email quoting what their terms and conditions states, however this was not in her terms and conditions, that is why I emailed her! In any case I emailed again stating I would like to take the party package for this weekend, to no response in 2 days, I sent her a whatsapp msg, she did read it but no response so I sent another msg saying "I emailed you with no response with an upside down sharp icon". </p> <p>SHE RESPONDS: "who are you?" I continued to say I am a client and what package I'm interested in. </p> <p>SHE RESPONDS: defending herself that she never received the email, what her terms and ocnditions state and so on. I still ignored her attitude, and told her it is not stated in the terms and conditions and that my email was sent.</p> <p>HER FINAL RESPONSE: "YOU MIGHT BE A CLIENT, BUT MY DEAR I HAVE PLENTY THAT TREATS PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND IT COMES FROM MY SIDE AS WELL THAT I AM NOT DESPERATE FOR YOUR R1668. I HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS FOR 7 YEARS. YOU MUST FIRST LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE THEN I WILL DEAL WITH YOU. HAVE A SPLENDID FABULOUS DAY AND WORK ON YOUR MANNERS."</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the msg I received from Lynette, to my suprise, I was not rude in anyway, I was just concerned about not getting a response as the party was a week away. </p> <p>I was then blocked on whatsapp, just a pity cause I wanted to teach her some manners:)</p> <p>I was not raised with this attitude, especially being an owner of a business.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, I do wish you all the best in your business, cause that's what us normal people do:):):)</p>
