I would not recommend them. All professional online and on WhatsApp claiming to be "DSTV Accredited Installers" until they get to your house. They quoted me R3500 to replace my dish which already was a ridiculous amount but we agreed on it. Next minute, the bill came and it was R6174! It made me sick to my stomach. They use all the tricks in the book "you got the best of the best" and "we had to do an upgrade because the other one was not working". All these decisions were made without informing me. They claim to be DSTV-accredited installers but I do not think they are. They are daylight ******s in uniforms and have no respect for people's hard-earned money. The dish works, but their customer service is atrocious. I have sent numerous WhatsApps and Emails for them to rectify this bad customer service. I have asked for feedback, but they have not responded for days now. I would not recommend them to anyone. They should be ashamed.

Hi Peugeot

I wanted to bring this to your attention at head office about your Tyger Valley branch.

Early in December, my Peugeot 2013 207cc aircon suddenly stopped working. Then whilst driving, white smoke bellowed out of the air vents and into my face (so dangerous). I immediately pulled over and booked the car in as it is on motor plan. The lady that served me was very helpful to ensure my car was booked in.

About a week later, the lady phoned to say that it was the timing chain? But how does a timing chain affect air conditioning? They proceeded to relace the timing chain. Then on the test drive, the brand new timing chain snapped. How does this happen?

Subsequently, I was without a car for the entire holiday period (basically ruining my holiday as I couldn't really get anywhere.) After three weeks, I complained that I need a car now so was given a courtesy car.

To date, I am without a car for 7 weeks and I have heard nothing from Peugeot for 2 weeks now on the progress of my car. What is happening? Surely they should be phoning all their clients at least once a week for an update?

This morning when I drove past the shop like I do every morning, I noticed that all the cars were GONE and that they are moving to 227 Durban Road. When were they going to inform their clients of this move?

I am utterly shocked with how slow and poor the service is and it is even more embarrasing when my friends say things like "see, well you wanted a Peugeot, they are the worst cars to get for maintenance." I really hate hearing that because in the past it has been really good. What a total dissapointment.

I am sick of phoning to find out about the status of my car. If you could please follow up with them to escalate my concerns? That would be really helpful.

Thanking you in advance.
