It is a pleasure dealing with Dotsure Claims Dept. I usually take a picture of my claim form and receipts and submit first thing in the morning. By COB I have been reimbursed. Only ever had one issue of a claim "getting lost" - this was my error as I had forgotten to include the policy number in my claim and they did not know where to allocate it too. Once they received the Policy Number , I immediately received my monies.

We have been with Dotsure since our fur baby was 8 weeks old, he will be 5 in September. I recently submitted a claim in the morning after visiting the vet and the claim was paid out that same day by no later than 18h00 - how is that for amazing service. I am super happy with their service.
Just a shot out to Precious Nyathi at Proline Express Sandhurst and the team for a great repair job they did on my daughter's car. Workmanship was excellent as was their service. They even delivered the car to Proline Wynberg for me as it was closer to home.
