<p>Ive got a return logged with reebok SA for a pair of shoes I bought, they use courierit for the deliveries and returns. To start off with when I bought the shoes I never received them on the day it was schedules for delivery, nope the driver just conveniently pitched up the next day.<br /> <br /> Anyways the shoes are too big and ive logged a return with reebok SA. The shoes were scheduled for collection on Monday 30 Jan 2017 between 9AM - 4PM. No one pitched up after I had to wait the whole ****** day, then I get a sms later that day telling me collection is now scheduled for 31 Jan between 9AM - 4PM. The next day I waited the whole ****** day again but the driver never pitched up, guess what? I got a new sms telling me collection has been scheduled for Feb between 9AM and 4PM. I won’t be surprised if this useless excuse for a courier company sends me another sms telling me collection has now been scheduled for Thursday, its not them having to wait from 9AM to 4PM every day! <br /> Courierit is a disgrace and have absolutely no regard for anyone’s time! </p>
